Shipping Information

Due to their perishability and sensitive nature, all fresh truffles must be shipped via priority overnight mail. Orders must be placed by 4 pm EST on Monday through Thursday to qualify for next-day delivery. In addition, orders placed over the weekend will then be shipped on Monday.

Truffles are shipped in Styrofoam boxes, packed with cooling elements that guarantee their superb quality and pungent aroma. Our fresh truffles arrive several times a week by plane from reputable farmers in their respective countries of origin to ensure freshness.

Furthermore, it is normal for truffles to arrive with some condensation. The condensation occurs as a result of the moisture trapped within the paper the truffles are wrapped in. While it may seem odd, it helps to maintain the truffle’s freshness while preventing the fungi from drying out during transportation.
