1.2 Shipping Methods: 

Within the GTA, we employ the services of a local courier, and for other areas we primarily use Purolator with the flexibility to choose alternative carriers as needed.

2.1 Order Processing Time: 

Orders are processed within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

2.2 Same-Day Delivery (GTA): 

Orders in the Greater Toronto Area received before 10:00 AM on a business day qualify for same-day delivery.

2.3 Weekend Delivery: 

For weekend delivery, place orders by Thursday at 3:00 PM. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

2.4 Christmas Shipping: 

Order by December 21 for out-of-province delivery. Delivery will be scheduled for December 22 or 23.

2.5 Delivery Timeframes: 

Estimated delivery times are based on our carrier’s schedule. External factors may impact delivery times.

After shipping, we provide a tracking number for you to monitor your package's progress on the Purolator website.
