Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white truffle polenta (cornmeal)

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 100g white truffle butter

  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 tablespoons white truffle oil

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:
